At Ashman Candles, we work hard to get your order out quickly and safely — because good smells shouldn’t have to wait.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Thursday).
Orders placed after 12pm MST may begin processing the next business day.
During holidays, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If that ever happens, we’ll communicate clearly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed selected.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — those will be clearly stated on the website when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at support@ashmancandles.com and we’ll help.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Ashman Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@ashmancandles.com and we’ll do our best to fix it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your package is:

Marked delivered but not received — please contact the carrier first to open a claim.

Damaged in transit — email us within 48 hours at support@ashmancandles.com with photos of the box and product, and we’ll make it right.
We genuinely want you happy. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you toward a fair solution.
Warm Weather Shipping (Summer Months)
Candles are sensitive to extreme heat.
During warmer months, we may:

Delay shipments slightly to avoid weekend heat exposure

Add protective packaging

Recommend expedited shipping
Ashman Candles is not responsible for melting due to prolonged heat exposure after delivery. Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible.
